Easiest & Best Beef Burgers




  1. Split the mince into 4 equal portions (or more if you prefer smaller burgers)
  2. Roll into balls and flatten into a disc
  3. Make a dent in the centre with your thumb (this makes your burger flat when it’s cooked)
  4. Heat a griddle/frying pan.  (No oil necessary)
  5. Season with Sea salt & pepper and immediately place into the hot pan.  (otherwise the salt draws the moisture out of the meat)
  6. Cook to your preference
