Easiest & Best Beef Burgers
Ingredients
- 500g pack of Hodghurst Farm Minced Beef
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
Method
- Split the mince into 4 equal portions (or more if you prefer smaller burgers)
- Roll into balls and flatten into a disc
- Make a dent in the centre with your thumb (this makes your burger flat when it’s cooked)
- Heat a griddle/frying pan. (No oil necessary)
- Season with Sea salt & pepper and immediately place into the hot pan. (otherwise the salt draws the moisture out of the meat)
- Cook to your preference
