Beautiful Braising Steak
Ingredients
- 1kg Hodghurst Farm Braising Steak
- 450g Onions, chopped
- 6 Garlic Cloves
- 2 tbsp Capers, drained & chopped
- 50g tin of Anchovies
Method
- Fry the onions, garlic and capers until soft.
- Add the steak and sear on both sides
- Lay the anchovies on the top.
- Place in a low oven (approx 100c) for 4-5 hours or until the meat is very tender.
