Beautiful Braising Steak



  1. Fry the onions, garlic and capers until soft.
  2. Add the steak and sear on both sides
  3. Lay the anchovies on the top.
  4. Place in a low oven (approx 100c) for 4-5 hours or until the meat is very tender.
